Balkan Society of
Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery is nowadays
celebrating its 70th anniversary. During these 70 years
it is true that we didn't come together so
often. |

Vth Balkan Congress is a
very good occasion to meet each other, to know each
other, to share our problems and exchange our
experiences, in this new era of Balkans. I feel that we
are forced to do so.
